Kira Rubiano is the Manager of Partnerships in Europe and Asia Pac for Celergo Global Payroll. Kira manages 80+ global partnerships. Kira has a degree in International Studies, with a concentration in International Law from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She Joined Celergo in 2008.
