Making Your Company Lawsuit Proof - A Primer for Payroll and Human Resources Professionals
This workshop will explore recent changes in the law which may affect payroll and human resources professionals, including the implications of the new Chicago Paid Sick Leave Ordinance and the new federal overtime regulations. It will also provide practical tips to help your company minimize its chances of being sued, and where a lawsuit is inevitable; maximize its chances of being in a position of strength.
