Back by popular demand, the Chicago APA Chapter will be hosting the Fundamental Payroll Certification and Certified Payroll Professional Review Classes for payroll professionals wanting to take the FPC or CPP test in the Spring 2016 testing window. These classes are also a wonderful opportunity for current FPC and CPP certification holders to gain the RCH's they need to keep their certification active.
Once again, ADP has generously allowed us to utilize their space for these classes at their facility in Elk Grove Village. For that, and their contribution of breakfast trays, we sincerely thank ADP for their consistent support of the Chicago APA Chapter.
Schedule:
Saturday, February 13, 2016
Saturday, February 20, 2016
Saturday, March 5, 2016
Saturday, March 12, 2016
Saturday, March 12, 2016
Saturday, March 19, 2016
As always, you will be provided with a continental breakfast to start off your day, morning and afternoon breaks with refreshments and a lunch break with your meal catered in from local restaurants. If you have any specific dietary needs, please be sure to notify us on your registration form.
If you plan to attend either of the classes, we strongly urge you to order your 2015 textbook as soon as possible. A book will be required to be brought with you on the first day of class, as well as your study preparation for the chapters to be covered each class period prior to attending the class. If you are attending for the recertification credits, feel free to use a previous edition of the textbook from the past couple of years.
We are excited to have all members of last year’s Education Committee returning and they have lots of excellent suggestions from prior attendees and their own observations on how to make the classes better for all of the participants. All of these Education Committee members are looking forward to being involved in the chapter's success and helping everyone achieve their goals. This past year’s changes in the way the information was presented to the class participants, as well as the involvement of everyone attending the classes was a great success and is expected to be even better next year.
