Learning Objectives: Spot red flags in application materials.  Use behavioral interviews and targeted questions to validate payroll expertise, soft skills, and work style.  Recognize subtle cues that distinguish genuine from rehearsed responses.  Incorporate current hiring trends and salary benchmarks to align your payroll recruitment strategy with today’s talent market.  Streamline your hiring process to stay agile and effective in an evolving labor market.  Whether you're hiring for entry-level or senior payroll roles, this session will help you build a more confident, effective hiring process rooted in proven strategies.

The session is designed to be practical and technically grounded, appropriate for CPPs and anyone working at the intersection of payroll, tax, and HR.
